The staff were polite and hospitable throughout our stay.
The room we were given was quite dated, with a moving sink unit that was concerning. The heating was uncontrollable, making it uncomfortable as we had to put cushions over the radiator. the breakfast experience was disappointing, as we had to repeatedly ask for our drinks and waited for food to be replenished, which detracted from enjoying our meals.

Hidden gems but service struggles
The room was comfortable and spacious, allowing for a relaxing evening after a long day. The friendly receptionist made us feel welcome immediately.
The dining service was a letdown. we waited too long just for drinks at the bar, and the breakfast lacked sufficient variety.

Could be better – read on
While the staff were remarkably friendly and accommodating, the room needed some TLC. I enjoyed the delicious food, especially at dinner, but the breakfast could have offered more variety. The lovely garden area was a nice touch, perfect for relaxation after a long day. A few improvements could elevate the experience!

Impeccably clean accommodations and welcoming staff made for a lovely experience. The evening bar served superb food, and the breakfast selections, including warm dishes, were enjoyable. noise disturbances from children running around in the lobby until late made relaxation difficult, and shared bathroom experiences were less than ideal due to high traffic. These factors detracted from what could have been a peaceful weekend away.

The reception staff were super friendly, helping us book a taxi to our event, and the shower had amazing water pressure that really made our day. I loved relaxing in the lovely garden area after a long drive, and the live music really added to the atmosphere. The room was a bit dark and overlooked the car park, but it didn’t take away from our enjoyable stay. 🌼

Lovely stay with some hiccups
We really enjoyed our time here! The staff were super friendly, especially during dinner service. I had a delish curry, but the nachos we ordered at the bar took ages. the shower in our room was kinda noisy. it's definitely got some quirks. The snack bar had some great options, but it could use more variety.

We found the reception staff heaps helpful, but the service in the bar was a bit lacking. The food was tasty, though!

missingWrote a review on 17 Mar
The triple room I stayed in was outdated, featuring peeling wallpaper and a broken wardrobe, which didn't match the appealing photos online. Breakfast items lacked in preparation, with overcooked sausages and limited menu selections. I noticed there were not enough towels in the room upon check-in, and the lack of basic toiletries was a letdown. Venturing into the bar area, I found the snack options to be nonexistent, leading to a rather bare experience while unwinding in the evening.
